A relationship made through online gaming ended in the most horrific manner. Blanca Arellano, 51 years old from Mexico, travelled to Peru in July to meet her online friend, John Pablo Villaforte, in person. The trip proved to be Blanca’s last endeavour as Pablo murdered her and harvested the organs to sell them to a local medical university.
According to details provided by Carla Arellano, niece of Blanca, her aunt told she was having a happy relationship. However, Carla was unable to contact Blanca since 7th November and called John, who said she flew back to Mexico. When her aunt didn’t reach home, Carla and her family got worried and reported the case to the authorities. Blanca remained missing for days until fishermen in Peru found her body on a beach. The police arrested John Pablo Villaforte on November 17, 2022. Upon Investigation it was revealed, that John amputated Balanca’s face and limbs with surgical instruments which were found near Jose Faustino Sanchez Carrion National University.
The accused told the police that he pays his educational expenses by providing help to medical students. The reports stated that John Pablo also posted the murder video on TikTok.
