MADINA: Saudi Arabia has extended the online application service, Tawakkalna and Eatmarna, for the booking of the spot for Umrah and prayers, to international pilgrims. The service will enable them to apply for Umrah, book a visit to Grand Mosque, Makkah, and Prophet’s Mosque, Madina.
The Saudi government eased the Covid restrictions on October 16, after which The Artificial Intelligence Authority of Saudia Arabia and the Ministry of Haj launched the online booking service.
The Ministry has said that all the visitors have to register at the Quddum platform and download the app before the trip to Saudia Arabia, while wearing face mask will still be necessary.
