Dollar gains Rs1 in interbank market

KARACHI: The greenback made gains for the third consecutive session at the interbank market with rupee losing Rs1 in value. The US dollar is now trading at Rs222.5 in the interbank market.

The data shared by the Forex Association of Pakistan reveals that the rupee lost 0.45 per cent in value. According to the market experts, PTI’s decision to hold the long march to Islamabad has disturbed the market sentiments.
