The Ministry of IT & Telecommunication has unveiled that the CEO of top-notch Scandinavian cellphone manufacturer, Nokia, will visit Pakistan in the coming time.
According to details, the Consul General of Pakistan in Finland & Chairman Finland-Pakistan Business Council Wille Eerola met with Caretaker Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication Dr. Umar Saif. The meeting discussed issues related to increasing IT exports and matters of mutual interest.
Dr Umar Saif stated that Pakistan IT exports have a great opportunity to increase its business in Scandinavian states. He said that Nokia 4G phones get assembled in Pakistan and announced that the CEO of Nokia, Pekka Lundmark, will soon visit Pakistan. Dr. Umar added that CEO Nokia would discuss about 5G and 6G technology.
During the meeting, Wille Eerola also congratulated Dr. Umar Saif on receiving the position of Caretaker Minister for IT & Telecommunication.
