ISLAMABAD: Salma Khan, a Pakistani rally racer, ran over a biker here while driving her pickup truck, resulting in his on-spot death. The accident also left injured another meanwhile Salma escaped from the scene.
The accident occurred at the F-11 Markaz of the capital. The injured person is identified as Hamza, who is in critical condition at PIMS Hospital. Whereas the deceased has been identified as Shabir Ahmed.
A First Information Report (FIR) was launched against an ‘unidentified woman’ who got away from the spot after a protest at the Shalimar police headquarters by the father of Shabir Ahmed. Further investigation is underway.
